Ozimska Park, located in Opole, is one of the most modern facilities of its kind in the Opole Voivodeship. For the customers of the shopping park, there is a complex consisting of two zones: commercial and service, as well as recreational and leisure. The commercial and service part comprises four buildings with a total area of approximately 18,000 square meters. Among the tenants, in addition to the Kaufland grocery market, there are shops in the fashion, drugstore, and electronics sectors, including Jula, Rossmann, Sinsay, Pepco, TEDI, Media Expert, and VIVE Profit.

In the central point of the passage, there is a zone with benches and a playground for children. This part of the complex is designed so that visitors to the shopping park, in addition to completing their purchases, can rest on benches while children spend active time on the playground with trampolines.

There are over 450 parking spaces available for customers.

The modernization of the facility at Ozimska 72 Street began in April 2023. The complex was opened on November 16, 2023.
